About Us

Our London office is managed by senior solicitor and Legal Director, Tara Boyle, with our main office and headquarters based in Media City, Salford.

In addition to handling her own complex client caseload, Tara is also part of the management team at the company.

In 2017 Tara was appointed to lead the launch of our sister firm JS Miller Solicitors, specialising in more complex and serious motoring prosecutions and litigation.

Tara’s career journey is also testimony to the Geoffrey Miller VALUES and culture. Initially Tara joined the firm is a newly qualified solicitor in 2006. However, after a few happy years with us, she moved on to another law firm where she was criticised for doing too thorough a job for her clients! (Sadly some firms are more focused on their profit margins than exploring every avenue possible to achieve their clients’ objectives. ) Tara recalls that she had simply been applying the meticulous case preparation methods and strategy she had learned whilst working at Geoffrey Miller Solicitors of which many firms are simply unaware.

After taking a career break, Tara was enticed back to the Geoffrey Miller team in 2011, made partner (now legal director) in 2012.

On her return to Geoffrey Miller Solicitors, Tara was able to enjoy practising law again. Aside from having a consistently high level of successful case outcomes, Tara is driven by helping to support and guide clients through what can be a distressing and sometime life changing experience.
