Sometimes, our advice about the right case strategies will hinge upon a review of prosecution paperwork such as the summons, witness statements, photographs and expert reports.

We are happy to review initial papers in a case (without charge) and discuss your options with you. Please use our unique “submit your case” feature to easily upload your summons and other case papers by following the steps on the submit your case form page. We will undertake a brief review of these uploaded documents and give you a call with our expert opinion on the next steps and chances of success. Please be sure to enter your contact details correctly so that we can get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours of you submitting the case papers to us subject to the volume of paperwork sent to us.)
