Jeanette founded The Association of Motor Offence Lawyers (AMOL) in 2007; a non-profit organisation that sought to protect the public from poor representation by ensuring they have access to true expertise in the area of motoring law.

The success of the firm is in part due to the almost prophetic instincts Jeanette has about the issues in our cases.

In addition to having an unusual approach to her clients and the motoring cases she gets involved in, Jeanette also looks to alternative business enhancement solutions such as Feng Shui and is a great fan of positive business thinking philosophies. She and her team are also strong advocates of the law of attraction and the importance of pre- paving your expectation of a positive outcome in your case.

Jeanette also focuses her efforts on helping people, whether it be by fighting prosecutions for motoring offences or assisting with fundraising for numerous poverty and addiction related charities.

• Jeanette Miller was admitted as a solicitor on 17/08/1998.
• Jeanette has over 23 years’ post-qualification experience in civil litigation and over 17 years’ experience in motoring cases.
• She has overseen or personally dealt with in excess of approximately 3,500 motoring cases and she spends around 90% of her time in dealing with these types of cases.
• Jeanette deals with simple matters and guilty plea cases (for all motoring charges) up to and including
  complex death by dangerous driving charges.
• Jeanette Miller has overall supervision of all members of the team.

Tara qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and shortly after joined Geoffrey Miller Solicitors. During this time, she developed expertise in the specialised area of motoring law. She then went on to practice this area of law at other firms and in 2010 took a career break. She re- joined the Geoffrey Miller team in 2011 and was made a Partner in June 2012 and then Legal Director when the firm became a Limited Company. With a number of years’ experience in this field she is an expert in dealing with all types of motoring offences.

Like Managing Director, Jeanette Miller, she believes the firm’s methodical and thorough approach to case preparation is key to our consistently high success rates.

She is proud of the successes she has had with all of the firm’s clients in her role as a lawyer and her achievements in her role as Legal Director. She has focused on forging relationships with professionals at all levels who are confident to refer their clients and who know they will be receive the highest level of care and professionalism.

• Tara has 16 years’ post-qualification experience in motoring cases.
• She has overseen or personally dealt with in excess of approximately 1000 motoring cases and she spends 100% of her time in dealing with these types of cases.
• Tara, like our Managing Director, also deals with all types of motoring offence cases from guilty plea (for all motoring charges) up to and including complex death by dangerous driving charges.
• Tara Boyle supervises all members of the team.

We have a number of fully qualified Solicitors who act on all motoring offence matters from guilty plea motoring offence cases to defended motoring offence charges. We are a niche firm and all our qualified solicitors spend 100% of their time focussing only on motoring offence cases. Our qualified solicitors all deal with a range of motoring offence case types for guilty pleas. These include, but are not limited to, driving with excess alcohol, drug driving, failing to provide a specimen, speeding, failing to furnish information, mobile phone offences and careless driving.
